That's understandable. I myself am starting school soon, but I'm working on Chapter Two now before that time arrives.
Trust me, it's nerve-racking at first, especially once you start driving in the city. I had the luxury of cruising country gravel roads, haha.
Man, I thought I was going to kill someone when I first started driving, I was so nervous. But after a while, it just became more natural, believe it or not. Like I said, I think you'll enjoy it.
You should post it, I'm looking forward to what you are going to write.

High School is awesome! You'll love it, especially once you get your driver's license. It's a lot more responsibility, but there's a lot more freedom to go with it. :]
