Martini, Jelicent seems like a high priority to fight off those ice type attacks , but mamoswine helps with those horrifying dragons. Physically Defensive Jelicent should help a bit.

Use Pressure instead of Multiscale. Even after it's released, Pressure is still better because you can stall out low-pp stuff like Stone Edge or Earthquake or Hydro Pump. I didn't really get to see what the latios did lol.
