Martini, Yes, that would be correct. Please note, I have banned all donk decks and put an errata on BTS. It would be mean to get a Stage 2 out T1, so I made it so that you can only use it on T2, because I can think of some ways to abuse it.
Martini, the only restrictions are no Pokemon over 151. Other than that nothimg completely broken (Porydonk, it can be pulled off.) The current erratas are still valid (Potion, Rare Candy, ect.) -
