One question: I have some BP from wifi battles, and ive been looking what to spend it on. I see the power anklet and it says it "promotes speed gain on leveling but lowers the speed stat." I am wondering if I were to train a pokemon from lv 1 to lv 100 would the speed be higher if I decided to have it hold this or would the speed be less?

TPO3, I went with a careful one because when I was breeding my garchomp I saw it, and it had 6 in every stat except Sp atk, which it had 4 right out of the egg.
