I know I asked you to run a calc on a Jolly Salamence with max SpA IV but no EV investment using Fire Blast on a standard Ferrothorn, and the minimum w/o Life Orb was somewhere around 98.5%.
How many EVs in SpA would I need for him to make the minimum damage 100% (or more) in that manner instead? (I want to be able to run something besides LO if I have the choice, and I do have an item in mind.)
