This includes: nature, item, moves, EVs (numbers, not words), IVs (if they differ from perfect 31s) and abilities. All of those must be there! Exporting your team from Pokemon Online gives you all of this information, so there should be no excuse for breaking it.

Wouldn't any in-game teams (such as VGC or even WiFi teams if those are discussed) be exempt (sorta) from having to post their IVs? since it will be very rare for perfect 31s in-game outside of RNG manipulation.

Or does that go without saying?
