So let me tell you a story...

My friends cousin had that Raichu in your avy. I didn't have it and I wanted it just to have it to complete the set. I asked him what he wanted for it (he is like...9). He looks through my binder and pulls out a full PDL, and full DCL. "I want both of these for it" He says. I denied him of his insane offer. We go to the store and I get an UD pack. I open it and get a Sneasel. He flips out. He takes the card from me and then gives me the Raichu xD. And that is how I got the Raichu in your avy...and then got it in RH....and then another....I collect Pikachu's
