RogueChomp, Inviting Scent is Bellsprout TM, it looks like, and Fly would be Unfezant BW. (Yeah, I had to look up Inviting Scent; that's why we like card scans posted ahead of time!)
Good question, though. The answer is:
Inviting Scent targets the Benched Pokemon to be pulled up, not the Defending Pokemon. It'll still work and Unfezant gets forced to the bench.
