If your using donphan which im guesing you are just use Zekrom like Glaceon said.

I would consider using the 40HP one just so you dont get donked even though you will have to waste an energy to retreat in the furture.

I like the Venasuar though it may be a slow tech

It can still be a useful tech for other deck I'm not just saying Chandelure.
