KeyHoleTV is fairly laggy and it has a tendency to kick you off if you're not Premium, so you might want to try
this method from reddit. There are also, er, unofficial rebroadcasts that you *might* find in the top thread of
/r/pokemon. But anyway, steps for KeyHoleTV:
1.
Download KeyHoleTV. For Windows PCs, you want "Viewer KeyHoleTV". I've never tried the Mac version, and I don't remember how the Linux version was.
2. Install it. Pretty straightforward.
3. When you launch the program, the first thing you'll see is the user registration screen. I don't know how to actually sign in later after you register, so you'll probably just want to put some random username and password that you'll never use again. :X
4. Once the dot in the top left is green, you're connected! Now go to the program tab, click the top entry, and hit the down arrow on your keyboard until you see "TV Tokyo" in one of the entries. http://puu.sh/8H6so.png Double click this one, and you'll be streaming TV Tokyo.
5. Having a stuttering picture is normal, unfortunately. And like I said, the thing bugs out occasionally, so you'll have to sign back in on the User Info. tab. Type in your password, hit the red circle, find TV Tokyo again, and you'll be back. But yeah, you might want to try that other program.
