Scorched Feathers, Uhh... yeah hear = he-ur no matter how you say it. If you try to soften the sound entirely it is he-ur, if it is not then it would be spelt "heer". Actually, even that is incorrect. The "r" just goes back to the vowels changing how you say them. English might be a confusing language, yes, but at least we don't have accents AND letters to worry about.
Also neered should technically be said: nee-red. Like the colour. There is no way to spell neered like you want it to be said, and that is quite simply because it is impossible to say, and therefore write.
