Hiyas I dont think it can. Rainbow energy can be any TYPE, meaning fire, water, lightning etc. It doesn't mean, it can mimic any energy card. If it could I think you'd find that dark pokemon w/dark energies or steel pokemon w/metal energy would be unstoppable. ~Secretsmeargle
