You don't target a single corner? It's fun, because they keep thinking you'll go down the line, only to see a sharp cross-court fly past them.
It's what makes topspin so beautiful. x3
I really want to master them; they're great especially if you know that the opponent is either:
- Not fast
- Not great at net play
But yeah, it's almost impossible to get perfectly. >|

Haha, I only started serving since last year, but it's starting to stabilize. I have a decent kick for the 2nd serve, so it's really what's driving my service game. Alot of players I face tend to slice the 2nd serve... only to have them slammed back. It's all or nothing for the 2nd serve return for me, contributing to my unforced errors and return ace winners. x3
20% first serve accuracy for the win, woo!
Ours is till midnight. I was out playing intermurals. Lost my first match of the semester 7-6(1) after blowing a 2-0 lead and failing to consolidate a break at 4-3.
Man, Advanced divisions is hell at UCF. XD -
