You cannot KO it afaik. Sableye isn't powerful (maybe with FP, haven't tried).
lol, VGC? You don't want to use Sableye in doubles. Try a better defensive pokémon, like Klefki.

If you take away the SpD EVs, you will not be able to take on special threats, as its not specially bulky until it has investment. There is no reason to add Def EVs just for one pokémon.

It probably could though from anything else because they will get burned from WoW first.

The last one is preference, but only add to SpA if using Snarl.
I believe mine is 4 Def even with Snarl though.
