Do you have a wired broadband connection with a wifi router connected to it? That may be the issue. Too many people may be using the Internet in your area and that's causing such severe lag that you can't stay connected. That's why my sister wanted a mobile wifi device. The main Internet providers don't give my area enough bandwidth to cover everyone and the system tends to lag. I found that out because I had that issue at the library a lot.
