*licks* Poor thing. It sounds like you're in dire straits right now.

Similarly, my grandma broke her hip two weeks ago, and had surgery to fix it the Friday before this past one. We found out that she had three fractures instead of just one like the doctors originally thought. She now has three pins in place to hold the bone together while it heals, and has to stay in the nursing home for about a month for rehab.
