I can tell you how to clone.
1. Connect to Pokecheck with your DS (follow th steps on pokecheck.org)
2. Send you pokemon then go to "unclaimed pokemon from my IP"
3. Click on the Pokemon
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "save .pkm file" and save it to your computer.
5. Now click "Delete this pokemon from the database"
6. Now connect to pokegts on "pokegts.us" (connects like pokecheck)
7. Click "Distrubute Pokemon" and pick B/W then choose your .pkm file.
8. Click where it says "RIght click to distrubute pokemon" and go to the gts


If you wish to clone more than 1, I'd download all the ones I want to clone first then us pokegts.
Congrats! You should now have a clone of your pokemon!
