I asked this question in the forums, but it was mysteriously deleted, so I'll just ask you. I downloaded an app that lets you create a Pokemon with whatever attributes you want: IV's, EV's, etc. Can I use a Pokemon obtained with this method in an official Pokemon event as long as it's not an impossible combination like Charizard with Blizzard?
By the way, really like the Shadoman avitar; it suits you well.
