Catcher will eliminate whatever is splashed in with Yanmega. I catcher your magnemite/ton/zone and blow it up before it is effective, or do that with all the other support. Yanmega isn't really the problem, it's the fast stall that Yanmega brings to let the powerful stuff set up behind it.

I have been running a Donphan deck with Tyranitar toolbox splash, works pretty darn well, sets up great early, and when late game hits, Tyranitar is ready to destroy the field.
