The cheapest deck that will be pretty competitive in the next format is Greninja Break. That deck doesn't run any Tapu Lele's, and like I said will be pretty competitive. I'm pretty sure it will be around $80 for the whole deck. I hope this helps.

I'm sorry Mega Mewtwo, but you expect too much to go right in your deck. Trust me it will not be that way. You are talking about getting a Ho Oh GX, Volcanion EX, Kiawe, and managing to get a Wishful Baton all in one or two turns. Your deck cannot be very consisitent.
