Ruling Kiawe and Burning Energy

I've wondered wether you can use Kiawe to pull Burning Energy for a while now, but I want to know if it actually can. Here is a link to both cards.

I would give you a Bulbapedia description, but the site won't open for me lol. I know it says you can only pull 4 Fire Energy, but it doesn't use the term fire just the symbol, and it says 4 Fire Energy cards. Still not sure if it works, but because of that I thought it would. I would like to know from someone who does know if it works though. Any feedback is appreciated.

Nope. You have to focus on what Burning Energy says:

"This card can only be attached to Fire Pokémon. This card provides Fire Energy only while this card is attached to a Fire Pokémon."

It's not attached to a Fire Pokémon when it's still in the deck so therefore cannot be grabbed by Kiawe.

Thanks for telling me about that. I wasn't sure wether you could use Kiawe with Burning Energy. Lol I need to change my decklist a bit. Thanks for the feedback.
