Except... that there aren't. All of the Primes are basically useless save for Donphan, Typhlosion, Magnezone, Celebi, and Mew, and even some of those are downwards of tier 2. And the regular Pokemon... well... Smeargle is honestly the only thing that comes to mind.

Juniper, N, Bianca, and Random Receiver is all you need for draw. Ultra Ball, Level Ball, and Heavy Ball are useful.

Neither should really be used unless the deck's strategy is mainly disruption, like Darkrai/Sableye/Weavile. The only popular Special Energy at the moment is DCE, and the occasional Special Dark/Prism. They take up valuable space for consistency cards, and generally aren't worth it.

You have to use Terrakion. A lot of people think it ruins consistency, but it really doesn't if you do it right.

It's certainly a decent card, but Terrakion outclasses it in almost every way.

Interesting, but you have no way of searching for Raticate in the lists above (which need work in general), making it so Darkrai 2 shots Rattata if you don't play it at the right time. One of the pieces could also easily be prized, and Eviolite can also ruin the strategy. Also, it's Klinklang...

Rayquaza is used in Garchomp/Altaria, not Rayquaza EX.

They will probably make evolved EXs eventually. But as it stands there are still plenty of Legendaries to make EXs out of.

Victini used to be mediocre at best, but at the time being it just has way too little HP, it takes too much set up, and doesn't do very much damage.

Shaymin EX takes two turns to set up, unless you Shaymin Energy, which is a bit of a waste. It also hampers consistency if you are already using something other than Basic Dark, like DCE. The easiest option is just Darkrai. Take a double knockout.

Rayquaza is actually really bad because of the popularity of Garchomp/Altaria in Japan. Get some Darkrai tins instead.
