    Ruling Unown G question.

    Pachi won't remove it. It is being discarded from the Pokemon, therefore it is an effect on that Pokemon and so it is blocked. Damage "effects" like "no retreat" or Special Conditions are blocked, too. Adding damage/sniping isn't an effect on the opponent's Pokemon and so it is not blocked.
