Cresselia is on SO many teams it's not funny. Tiers don't matter in VGC, just look at the rules to see what's banned. Don't use both Sandstorm makers. It's a waste. If you're not doing Trick Room with it then Tyranitar is the better choice. The Ice weakness is a big problem in a lot of Sandstorm...
