There's something I came across while reading TDK articles which I can't get my head around: Does simply retreating and bringing out Kyurem again in the same turn (e.g. with Keldeo/float stone) allows the same Kyurem to use "Blizzard Burn" again despite having used it in the previous turn?

I'd recommend a 4-4 line as I feel with 80 HP, Raticate is really fragile and easily OHKOed by many pokemon in the current meta.
