So the Pokemon you choose to switch cannot have any damage counters on it and has to be at least 100 HP?

Not sure if it has already been asked but Lumineon's poke-power is confusing to me, "...you may choose 1 of your opponent's benched Pokemon that has maximum HP of 100 or more and switch it with one of the Defending Pokemon..." Does this mean you can choose one with 100 HP or more? or 100 HP or less?

I was just wondering if there is a Garchomp Lv.X that came out in the Secret Wonders set released in North America because it seems that people are using it, is that just from the Japanese set???

I was just wondering about the different types of formats there are out there. I have seen unlimited, modified, and limited on posts but i don't understand what they mean or what cards they include along with the HP-On and DP-On or even DX-On. Someone please help me!
