Does anybody use pokedex in a competitive deck? I've used these on occasion to speed up slow decks by setting up what I will draw next turn or with a supporter. I find them pretty helpful, but am I sacrificing valuable deck space where I could put something better in?

Although I'm not opposed to most of these, I really wanna do an ADV 200 tourney.

Paired up with gardevoir its attack cost will get cut down to one, otherwise it doesn't seem worth it. Three retreat is big for a tech. Without trainer lock it'll get catchered and killed.

20 on the bench and 40 on the active isn't all too great, and also politoed and samurott both are weak to electric. Donphan Prime can be used with Samurott to combat the weakness.
