I vote for everything that's not named Latias. I think Latias is a great pokemon, just not for a rain-stall team. Plus, there's too many pokemon that counter it. Ferrothorn, Scizor, and Jirachi are all bolstered in abilities by rain, as their weakness to Fire goes down, so they'll just be switching in frequently. Not to mention Latias just gives your opponent an excuse to switch in Tyranitar and get rid of rain. (and possibly Pursuit for the KO, thus losing you weather and a Pokémon)

I think Gyarados would run well but I could also recomend Bronzong with Dual Screnn set. Check it out on my RMT in the RMT. I run it in Ubers with Stealth Rock.

Toxic Spikes to get the most important hazard for a stall team. Rapid Spin to spin(lol). Protect to get the Rain Dish/Black Sludge recovery and Scald to spread burns and damage something now and then. Standard EVs for outspeeding most/all Gliscors the rest is for maximum physical bulk.

Please tell me how many moves/abilities are commonly used against this Pokemon that lower its stats, and then tell me why that is better than getting healed every single turn. No wonder others see our VG program as a joke.

Standard EVs for outspeeding most/all Gliscors the rest is for maximum physical bulk.

Even if it outspeeds gliscor, its not going to do enough to it, especially with scald, to be worth those EVs in speed.

I thought the Speed EVs on Tentacruel were for Breloom.
Also, when is Clear Body going to even activate? Against Gyarados? Not like -1 Attack matters.

If Rain Dish is released, go with Rain Dish. If not, use Liquid Ooze. Leech Seed, Drain Punch, and Giga Drain are all effected by Liquid Ooze.

EDIT: ...Why did Latias get more votes than anything, even Politoed...

1) Pretty sure we never said this was going to be a rain stall team. We can decide what weather to build this with after we pick the Pokemon to build it around.
2) Stop adding Pokemon and read the rules. We need to decide what Pokemon to build the Pokemon around via the poll, then we can start adding mons.
