TMNT originated as a comic book which was then expanded into a show, toys, and yes, video games...but it isn't a Nintendo property, and there isn't a strong connection with Nintendo. The same can be said for Battletoads. Bottom line? Not every game on a Nintendo console deserves a roster...

Those look like Nick15's old blanks -- in any case, much smaller than today's norm. I just sent you a set of examples (Grass Basic-Stage 2) of the size I can provide.

To the best of my knowledge, the Smash roster has never been a fan vote-based system, nor has fan demand every really influenced Sakurai. Just take a look: was anyone clamoring for Ice Climbers before Melee's release, or R.O.B. before Brawl's? No one that I knew. And all of the futile Ridley...

I think, to maintain consistency with multiple judges, it could be broken up by category (i.e. in Image-based, one judges Creativity/Originality and Believability/Playability and the other judges Wording and Fonts/Placement). That way each category will be judged similarly across the board...
