Is there any information pertaining to VMAX that denotes it specifically as an evolution? I was wondering because of VMAX Snorlax, which could definitely benefit from not only being searchable from evolution incense, but also from TAE, which only evolved pokemon can use.

Just a quick numbers check, ReshiRom does 270 for three discards, not 1 70. That also means max of 310. not 210, which one-shots any and all non-Vmax pokemon. Makes it also sound a lot more impressive.

Is there a particular reason for 4 Weezing and not 4 Koffing? Or are they pretty much interchangeable?

I think the spell tag is pretty good in this deck. It doesn't work if you have G^2 GX or Noivern, sure, but it does spread to a max of four different pokemon, instead of 1. The big attack on ChompTina is only so big after the pokemon it hits is already damaged. That's also why Noivern is there...

Zygarde is mainly there to serve as a way of accelerating energy on to my benched Aerodactyl/archeops. I've also found that at least in terms of basic gxs like blacephalon, it sets up numbers really well when diancie is on the bench, since the boost to both does 180.

Edit 1: Noticing how the deck couldn't really have an obvious answer to energy denial, I swapped the omastar line for the new Archeops line, which will provide a more reliable single energy backup attacker.
