I've been playing Mega Ray for quite some time now and I think the Sudowoodo from Guardians Rising will knock the deck down a few tiers. It makes the max bench space for your opponent 4 benched Pokemon.

Are you saying that Roaring Skies is going to make the standard cut for a 4th year? I think most sets usually get 2 rotations and maybe 3 if the timing is right. If anyone disagrees with either of us, feel free to jump in.
