@Eltyr is right on the money. The fact that Mach Strike (Garchomp/Lucario) comes with 2 Cynthia is more than enough to purchase this theme deck. Cynthia is worth about $3.50 right now so you basically get $7 in 2 out of the 60 cards that come with the deck.

@OppositeAttract is correct, you will want to get Rare candies for any stage 2 decks. Sure you can use ascension to evolve, but what about your benched Gabite? If you get rare candies, you can quickly evolve your Basics into Stage 2.
