I think the ability and attack are very good in one turn you can go DCE and then a Fairy and you already defeat a garb and doing at least 150 if the opponent has 2 energies and 180 if you have choice band. So I think this is a great card and the GX attack is very good

I really like the concept of the wonder energy, good against espeon and other Pokémon with special conditions. My build is based all on disruption but I do like your build, I would just get rid of ranger.

I run 4 because if you run 3 sylveon and prize two, you are pretty much done, so the 4 is nice to have because I prize sylveons a lot, but could try that out. Because yeah more disruption is always good.

How about Sylveon-gx, Drampa-gx, Turtonator-GX, Lycanroc-gx, and Ninetales-gx, all great cards. So many possible deck builds and Sylveon-gx is going to be a crazy deck, just you wait.
