I'd work in the new garb with trashalanche. Just case you're not familiar it has an attach for 1 P energy that does 20x the number of items in your opponents discard pile. That's op enough to single handily win matches.

I've seen variants that run 3 copies of weakness policy. Get one out Then t1 item lock and you have a chance. This deck seems like it's extremely strong against almost everything else right now. With most decks having at least 1 auto loss I'd take my chances against volc this way.
