Congrats on your top 16. Can someone explain pinsir stall to me? It says it has to be on the defending pokemon. Do you just discard as they attach to the active?

The decks have completely different purposes. Articuno/Garbodor is a pure lock deck. No abilities and stuck in the active position. No doubt Darkrai/ Garbs is a good deck...but its not what he is trying to accomplish.

RE: Which sleeves to use? Dragon shields are VERY tough, but they do clump quite a bit as they get dirty easily. I recently bought a pack of KMC sleeves... they are the greatest things ever. They shuffle so smoothly you would swear they are coated in butter.

Will world's invites be earned the same way? Also, a top 8 top cut for any event regardless of size? That is terrible.

The list needs work, but the idea is strong. I like a thinner line of ball search as well with masterball as you ace spec. More DCE is fine. Less Zap energy. also, id drop the rockies for silver bangle, as the damage can add up quick with laser bank.
