When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Still testing but, Mewtwo + master ball does work out. i'm so far 7-3 for wins.
Only problem i'm coming across is that if i don't get my zebstrika/garbodor on my 2nd turn,I'm not looking to great.
The list needs work, but the idea is strong. I like a thinner line of ball search as well with masterball as you ace spec. More DCE is fine. Less Zap energy. also, id drop the rockies for silver bangle, as the damage can add up quick with laser bank.
