Translations for New Cards: Electivire, Dusknoir,Lunatone,Ether,Scizor!

Well no not exactly. Against a low bench you can either move the damage around so that they're all KO'ed at the same time and you either win that way or force them to bench more Pokemon. Also the deck can run other attackers to deal with that kind of situation.

    Eelektross in zekeels

I would highly reccomend it. Other decks can only run Espeon which only blocks Vanilluxe decks but there are other Vileplume decks, and Eelektross can also help in other matchups too.

    Accelgor & Mew EX

Why wouldn't you just use Accelgor for that then? Dark Patch is a waste of a lot of space since you also have to run more dark energies.

    Accelgor & Mew EX

Then you're sacrificing consistency for setting up Gothitelles and Accelgors and fishing out DCE's for a tech that will rarely come in handy and when you do decide you use it, your opponent will play out their hand full of trainers and Catcher KO either a Gothitelle, Accelgor or Mew EX.

    Accelgor & Mew EX

Accelgor doesn't ever attack with Darkrai EX. If it spends three turns charging it up that's three free turns the opponent got to attack without getting Deck and Covered. The deck usually runs 4-5 Dark energies and Darkrai is just used for it's ability to retreat Gothitelle for free.

It's an option just like Registeel EX is but Kyurem is much better with Dusknoir. With Kyurem, you can potentially OHKO an EX if your opponent has a full bench and no Eviolites. Also Electivire is a little clunkier.

    Garchomp (DEX # 90) {6/24/12 - 6/25/12}

Not only does the 1 for 60 attack have no drawback, it has a positive effect, it discards a special energy attached to the defending Pokemon. It's actually a very strong effect against Mewtwo EX, Tornadus EX or anything that uses DCE/Prism/Blend.

    Accelgor & Mew EX

It's pretty difficult for them to set up 3 Gothitelles in a row. Most decks play 2 Mewtwo EX so they can OHKO 2 Gothitelle in a row. Also, it's not getting the Mew that's ever a problem, it's getting the DCE's. It usually gets it with Musharna but once it misses it just once it's hard to come back.

    Accelgor & Mew EX

They're pretty likely to run out of Gothitelles making it really easy for you to just Catcher Mew EX's and Accelgors to prevent them from attacking and also to take 2 prizes off Mew and catch up. Also, if the Accelgor player misses a DCE even once they'll be in big trouble, and there aren't a...

    Accelgor & Mew EX

Mewtwo EX can OHKO Gothitelle with only 3 energy on itself, since Gothitelle will have one Dark Energy for free retreat. There's no way the Accelgor player can set up Gothitelles as fast as their opponent can set up Mewtwos.

Translations for New Cards: Electivire, Dusknoir,Lunatone,Ether,Scizor!

In Registeel/Dusknoir you would be better off running fighting energies for Terrakion rather than Metal since the second attack on Registeel EX isn't very good and only helps against Kyurem. Still, Kyurem is overall a much better card than Registeel EX since it's not an EX which is a huge...

    Accelgor & Mew EX

Accelgor doesn't work in BW-On. It will fall behind 2-3 prizes and each time it takes a prize, so will the opponent. It just loses the prize race once it goes down a prize or two. The only magic numbers it hits are 140 and 70 where the poison KO's coming into the Accelgor player's turn. Those...

    Newbie - Deck ideas?

Just build an extremely basic ZekEels deck (No Mewtwo EX, Tornadus EX, etc.) and slowly build up to a better version of it as the season goes on, since it will most likely be competitive for a long time and it's fairly cheap to get the bare essentials.

    Raikou EX

They're talking about in the Vileplume version of KlingKlang EX, but I don't see the point in running that deck over either KlingKlang EX or Vileplume/Mismagius/Darkrai since they're both more consistent.

    Raikou EX

I guess as a one-of for matches against ZekEels where you can't use Kyogre EX, but generally you could just use Kyogre EX for KOing damaged EX's on the bench.

    skyla, catcher, candy and more

Ace Specs being searchable is fine, it takes the luck out of having to fish them out of your deck, now you have to assume your opponent will have it when they need it. They're pretty easily combatted with Tool Scrapper, especially the one that boosts HP to 300, since you can play Tool Scrapper...

    Raikou EX

KlingKlang can't afford to be discarding Special Energies. The only deck Raikou EX could be viable in is Zekrom/Eelektrik because of the energy discard.

    No more basic search.

Skyla won't be out for several months. Also, if any of you had done any real testing before backing up your arguments with theorymon, you'd know that most decks do just fine on getting basics without Elgym/Emolga. The only deck that I could see efficiently using them is Empoleon since it always...

    Can Mewbox make a comeback?

It's a decent tech in Empoleon since it counters Mewtwo, but in Garchomp it's not worth the space or the two prizes since it doesn't get the extra damage from Altaria.

    Raikou EX

It's good in Zekrom/Eelektrik as a one-of, since it's still good for Catchering an Eel and sniping the other, and as a searchable Catcher when you whiff.
