Now that I read it, it's still pretty sad. Consider you get X-0 on Day 1, and being the luck-based format this is, you flop the next day. Pretty waste of effort going X-0. I am in the agreement that the old system was way better for swiss. I have no qualms about entry fee as long as it's tolerable.

Pokemon Nationals USA: The ONLY tournament where you can go X-1 and still possibly still not make cut. Someone correct me on my numbers though, because I think there should be more than 7 X-1s when 1000 people play.

RE: New Whip! I don't have my own car, I just drive a bunch of cars my family business uses. It's a wide range from old Civics, new Civics, to an Innova a CR-V and even a Previa.

Every deck now has a bad matchup that you would want to avoid anyway. It's just down to luck whether you will get paired to them or not. Just play a good deck with a consistent list that you have mastery of. Live and die with the luck of the pairings.

Yep, 7 crit 5 draw works way better than 10 crit 2 draw for Spectral Duke. Can't wait for the Trial Deck to make a restanding 20/21k attacker
