Yeah, ever since Sandstorm came out, Rare Candy has been good for the game. I've always wished they would come up with some other way to encourage people to play stage 2 pokemon. Yes, Turbo LostGar has a shot, definitely. Lost World, Gengar Prime, and any cards that get the thing set up FAST like Cleffa. If you play against one, just pray your game goes to time.

And keep in mind that they always want the TCG to coincide with other stuff (i.e. movies and video game stuff). TPCi will not release cards in a way that contradicts their narrative.
