Discussion Easiest way to hit 120 with a non GX/V?

Oh yeah, I'm only using Caturday for Espurr... I call any deck with espurr attacking for free a Caturday deck. Thanks for all the suggestions, but anyway, I got it sorted. I don't know how I managed this, but I was playing jirachi, hiding energy, bird keeper, scoop up net, and spikemuth...

    Discussion Memory Capsule

As far as stage 2s go, there are 3 aegislash that could work with tool drop. If you combine the 2 metal ones and a core barrier you could reduce damage by 140 for a turn. Or just use the psychic one to reuse attackers. There's a 190 HP rhyperior that could try to tank in rhydon mill. Greninja...

    Standard Upcoming Ninjask/Shedinja Cards

I definitely disagree on that. 3 colorless and no coinflip is actually a huge improvement on Xatu/ Kartana. In order to play Will, you kinda have to have on board draw support, or Surge, and Glimwood is subject to Chaotic Swell. I think I'd rather sacrifice some overall consistency for freedom...

    Standard Upcoming Ninjask/Shedinja Cards

I'm not saying don't use ninjask/shedinja... believe me, I want to build this deck too when they come out, because this should be very fun to use against VMax and tag teams. All I was saying was maybe in a 1 prize face off you might want something better suited, because getting a stage 1, having...

    Standard Upcoming Ninjask/Shedinja Cards

You might want to put the 4 nets back... They let you switch into Shedinja and simultaneously reuse Ninjask. Actually though, Ninjask has free retreat so... Also you lose to every other one prize deck at the moment. Maybe instead of Garb, a spread attacker could act as both sweeper and one...

Discussion Easiest way to hit 120 with a non GX/V?

So I have this Caturday deck that I love to play, and I've switched out chip damage methods over the past year since Caturday came out. Currently I'm playing the 90 damage Hoopa, trying to get Vmaxes in range with vitality band and goon pings. However, though 90 is good against some fellow one...

    Tournament Double Theme Deck Tournament

Dravinator beat me so I was 1-2, but a top 4 finish in my first tournament is fine by me. :)

    Tournament Double Theme Deck Tournament

Yep, GGs (quick donk and then a slower more drawn out... donk). Thanks all for the games, this has been good fun. I hope we can do another or something similar soon.

    Tournament Double Theme Deck Tournament

I should have been drawing with solrock, and just forgetting about taking prizes, there's a theoretical 18 card mill there with 2 Acerola and 2 stretcher but I wasn't getting the cards. Also those darn jelly donuts lol.

Lucario V from 'V Starter Decks' Revealed, Hints of the Other Eight Pokemon V!

I think they are all meh, with the exception of altaria which is brilliant.

    Tournament Double Theme Deck Tournament

Mora and I just finished our bo3, 2-0 in my favor. Had a great time. this is my first foray into anything organized at all. As far as proof goes, I only screenshot the first game, oops. Need some practice remembering to do so. Will post if needed, but hopefully there wasn't anything to dispute.

    Standard Sableye/Arctozolt Post-rotation

Maybe? Its basically a dark zapdos, hits 90 for 1 energy if it became active during your turn.

    Standard Sableye/Arctozolt Post-rotation

Maybe it will be nothing more than a meme due to marnie, but if you did switch to birdkeeper you might test out starly, to get any two cards in hand with a free attack early on. Also I think new hoopa will be better for sure.

    Standard Sableye/Arctozolt Post-rotation

If worried about autolosses you might try to squeeze in a couple hoopa to put damage on, and mimikyu to keep mallow and lana from erasing that damage. That, or put in roxie/weezing. But I think hoopa would also be more helpful against other 1 energy 1 prizers.

    Discussion Double Theme Decks

Not sure what happened but that link no longer works. Also I have to say your idea (to have it include any decks you can get in the shop) made me spend a couple hours throughout today looking through old theme decks as far back as ptcgo goes in the shop (before anyone else bothers, Black and...

    Alt. Format Counters (Decidueye)

If it's not a single prize fire deck, weakness is irrelevant. Currently baby Blacephalon is the only relevant single prize fire attacker and is teched for already. Out of curiosity why will baby Blacephalon be bad? Losing flint? Victini prism?

    Discussion Double Theme Decks

No worries. I think a double theme tourney would be great fun, although I'd have to see if I could find time for it. I usually play ladder at work because I can quit if I have to. I may just go ahead and build a 2X storm caller deck to see what I can come up with.

Alt. Format Pollution Bad (Galarian Cursola V)

I'm excited about arctozolt but G. Cursola looks weak to me. I think I would want to go the sableye V route, as 3 zolts sets up OHKO on anything. Mimikyu to stop mallow and lana and you're good to go. Might even do a clay/lure ball engine to dig for fossils and the flippy energy acceleration...

'World Down' and 'Legendary Heartbeat,' Japan's Summer Sets Introducing Amazing Rares!

Might have to wait for a ruling, but I'm fairly certain Mallow and Lana, the current go-to healing card, moves the active to the bench before healing, which means, I am very much in love with the new heal blocking mimikyu. I also think the horn has a fun, if niche use, in unsleeping your...
