RE: Counter That Pokemon! - Round 9 Latios @ Choice Specs 252 SpA/252 Spe/4HP Timid - Draco Meteor - Dragon Pulse - Psyshock - Surf Fairly simple counter. It can come in on pretty much anything (HP Ice won't even 2HKO iirc) and you can Psyshock to punish any boosts.
