Though it is SE, the damage done to bulky Thundurus still isn't very much. Also, Rhyperior still needs TR. I've played around with Hammer Arm Metagross, and for example, a -1 Speed Metagross still outspeeds Rhyperior. Light Screen is nessesary for the team in general. Not only for Rain teams...

Sadly, Thunder on Raikou is the one main way to counter Rain. I will admit that I've considered it, as having no Protect is difficult at times, but worth it in the end. ALso, I use Politoed a lot with Cresselia. I do have the EV spread hidden, but even with Light Screen, a Helping Handed Water...
