Is that worthwhile even with cards from older sets?

I've had a Riolu in every single booster pack of Next Destines I have opened so far (10 of them). And I'm at a complete loss what to do with them all as they're not needed for my deck and, of course, no one is interested in trading for them. Just wondering what you guys do when you get stacks...
