I have a question regarding this. Are Pokemon League promos rotated out if the set they were from originally was rotated out? I'm mainly referring to Expert Belt since I have a ton of the League promo ones.

I have belts in to help with the hp but 110 still isn't that great. I was thinking about using Donphan Prime though. The only problem with that is I wouldn't want it to become the main attacker. Maybe just a 2-2 line?
