it looks like they've dropped the 'Version' Tags from the names as well, so instead of being X Version and Y version, its just X & Y, interesting.

hmmm, seeing as this announcement is worldwide, do you think the localisation of the games will be done even quicker? so there wont be a big gap between Japanese - English releases?

aww man, gonna be at work, so will have to try and look at the news during my lunch break. anyway, with all this new 'Digital' Hype going around, my guesses for the new games are 'Analogue' And Digital" version. again thats my opinion, but i think it sounds pretty cool.

i think the only way any of us are gonna beleive you, is if you post a picture/ 'Blurry shot' of a new pokemon, or the game logos or something related to the announcement.

well if a 3DS game(s) is gonna be announced i think it'll probably be a 6Th gen game, it just makes more sense to me to release a whole new story, with new pokemon on a new-ish console rather than releasing a game that most of us have already played.

Well due to most of the translation work being done from the previous games. City names , New Pokemon, etc I shouldn't of thought the new storyline will take to much work to translate.

well these games have already been unveiled on the ENGLISH pokemon.com website, and they say 'Coming soon' and because most of the translation work has already been done from the previous games, i gonna guess there'll be 2-3 month gap.

the only reason i can think that these games AREN'T 3DS exclusive is the compatability factor, these games are still in the 5th generation and will have to be able to communicate with the original Black and White, otherwise it'll be like the trading system between Gold/Silver and Red/Blue...
