@Bippa - The other emboar can do a consistent 150 and has 150 HP. It is added since it cannot easily be one shot and can easily one shot almost anything. Zekrom would in theory not have to bolt strike to knock out a cleffa. It can use outrage and a plus power for the first KO.

In reshiboar, have you tested against a deck running a copy of the non ability emboar. It would seem a little easy for them to knock out your Kingdra or Cinccino. It would take you 2 hits to KO it and they will have taken two by then. It is an interesting deck idea though. I have tried a few...
