With both Seeker and Draw Support, Random Reciever might be a bad idea because you aren't guaranteed what you need. PokeGear3.0 might work better in this case because, although it is also not a guarantee, it will give you a choice between Seekers and draw supporters in some situations. Try it out.

Nothing. And that's the point. You don't have a real counter. And that's why I don't think the deck will succeed. But if you really don't have many Empoleons around, it might not be much of a problem.

BTW, Alex thinks Empoleon/Terrakion is horrible and slow.
