Never ever ever buy a theme deck. Most of the time, it is just a waste of money. The cards you get in them are almost never used in a good deck. If you want to build a fun league deck, PM me and I'll give you some ideas. The best way to ever build a deck is to buy singles online or from people...

Cleffa is a hot engine. It can let you refresh your hand late game while you stall. It is also the best starter in this format. I recommend 4 cleffa in every deck except Donphan, because EQ would knock them out really fast.
