This shouldn't really need a whole thread. It could go in the movesets thread, or possibly even in the casual section. It doesn't look that competitive unless you actually list the EV's, not just the categories. This set really doesn't look competitive either, so I'm locking this.

Please add more of a description to your Pokemon or this will be locked. The rules are stickied, and I will give you a couple days to fix this.

First, you should post the thread in our RMT section. (Be sure to read the rules first!) Make sure that it is competitive though and stay open to suggestions if it passes approval (as in, don't slam down a suggestion because it might not be your favorite Pokemon.) *Locked*

If you understand what IV's are, then you would know that those are the possible values your IV can be. If you have 31 IV's in a stat, you can reach the maximum possible stat with a beneficial nature. And you don't choose your IV's. You have to breed for them, which can take a lot of time...
