Update! Added some new art! Mewtwo, Mew, Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon. Also, I am thinking of changing Reginova and Regiverse to two seperate basic Pokemon and adding my own new "type:" Space type Pokemon! What do you think? Good ideas? Hope you enjoy!

To answer your question, I tried to give it a full-art card look with the use of sharpening and blurring. Though it is still unfinished I do like how it turned out, especially how it blends with the background. What do you think of it? Keep in mind none of the cards are finished yet!
